How is this different from therapy?
Coaching is present and future-focused, centered on behavior change, goal achievement, and habit formation. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Unlike psychotherapy, which addresses clinical symptoms and past trauma, coaching works with functional individuals to optimize performance and strengthen capacities like stress regulation and decision-making.
