Frequently Asked Questions

What is AI Resilience and Readiness Consulting?
AI resilience and readiness consulting focuses on the human side of AI adoption. While technology changes how work gets done, it also changes how people think, decide, trust, and relate to one another. My work helps organizations understand and support those human dynamics so AI adoption doesn’t come at the cost of clarity, wellbeing, or performance.

How is this different from traditional AI or digital transformation consulting?
Traditional AI consulting deals with tools and implementation; my approach addresses people’s internal reactions to change, like stress, overload, resistance, and decision fatigue. These human factors often affect the success of AI projects.

Who is this work designed for?
This work is for executives, leadership teams, founders, and HR leaders operating in high-complexity, high-velocity environments, especially during AI adoption, automation, or major transformation. The focus is on adaptive capacity: how leaders regulate under pressure directly affects team functioning and organizational culture. Small shifts at the leadership level move through the system, influencing decision-making, psychological safety, and performance across the organization.

What kinds of challenges does this address?
Common challenges include technostress, reduced trust, leadership overload, change fatigue, communication breakdowns, and difficulty sustaining focus and good judgment under pressure. Addressing these early reduces friction and supports healthier, more effective adoption.

What does the consulting process look like?
Engagements typically begin with a readiness conversation or assessment, followed by tailored workshops, leadership sessions, or advisory support. The work is practical, psychologically informed, and adapted to your organizational context rather than one-size-fits-all.

Do you work with organizations outside Canada?
Yes. Consulting and workshops can be delivered virtually and, where appropriate, in person for organizations in Canada and internationally. Currently serving clients in Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. All offerings can be delivered virtually, ensuring flexibility and accessibility regardless of location.

Is this therapy for employees?
No. This work is organizational consulting and leadership development. It does not involve psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.
